The “Property Administrator”, reporting directly to the “Director of Operations”, holds the primary role in supporting the daily operations of our Facilities team. This role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, and proactive, possess excellent communication and customer service skillsand hold values that support our corporate vision of being “A community where youth are embraced and will thrive”.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with YOU internal parties to ensure a supportive atmosphere for residents while adhering to policies and meeting the needs of the Facility and landlord.
  • Provide customer service to Residents and YOU community members.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful day-to-day operations
  • Proactively communicate with external stakeholders with a focus on customer service and community building.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to ensure customer and facility needs are met.
  • Prepare, distribute, and manage leasing records for YOU Residents.
  • Coordinate with Ontario LTB as required representing Landlord.
  • Ensure accurate records for residents and organization assets
  • Administrative functions as required of the role to support the Facilities team

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Experience with lease administration and tenant relations is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills and desire to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint would be an asset

HOURS OF WORK:

  • 35 hours per week, flexible schedule depending on the needs of YOU
  • Extended hours and weekend work may be required from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.08-$25.45 per hour
